I support it, even though Omega and Farengeto are right about this sillyness-thing.
I mean, objectively NS is satirical too and I guess, we have already a pretty good political system, that you can take serious. If there is now some change like that, it becomes in its essence not less serious. It'll still remain good and can be taken serious as long as we're not giving every position mentioned in the charter a new, somehow silly name.
Furthermore I think this argument with the heated arguments by Escade is good.
A little smile on your face, while reading your counterpart's argumentation really would perhaps end up in a more thoughtful and not so heated discussion, because you can think better, if you don't have so much tension surrounding you in a discussion ^^
