Kinda my point exactly, the LC would have home rule, they would lose their assembly influence. Most people on game side really don't care, so why should we bother them with a bunch of legislation to be voted on?

So I'm an emotionally unstable asian student in my 9th grade who tries to juggle NationStates, extracurricular duties, precalculus and like 10 other subjects . My hobbies include some sports, playing the piano and doing stuff for Regional Affairs during my freetime.
