The Peony and those who spoke in the Qvaitican delegation told many stories over tea and hot buns, when the wind chimed, The Peony then spoke: "It's time for bed."

The Peony then asked Rin to guide the guests to their rooms, in each of their rooms are comfortable floor beds on tatami with traditional robes as pajamas. It had no air conditioning, the wind from the outside window was enough to keep the room cool. As such the delegations were put to their separate rooms in accordance with the Qvaitican requests.

After everyone is settled in, The Peony went to her own room, changed to her robe and slept. It didn't took 3 hours for her to get up once more and rush back to the hospital as she was beeped. The sound of a motorcycle speeding out of the housing complex carrying The Peony and one of her guardians was heard aloud, it did not awake the delegation however.

Fast forward to the ceremony, both delegations arrived at the inaugural ceremony by a high-speed train from Lián to the village of AweiQinna, where the press conference takes place. After the inauguration then they shall take another train over to the Qvaitican side of the tunnel and end the ceremony.

The megatunnel known in the Peonic end as the Mikotoba Tunnel, named after the "grandfather of Peonic architecture" and one of the longest tunnels in the region.

Both delegations went to the stage as the camera lights flashed, the conference began.
