Bel is working off the premise that Roavin didn't give us this information. Regardless of what Roavin says now, he certainly thought this information was a BFD at the time and not something he OK'd.

As for the rest of them, they did this without any knowledge passed to the PM or the CRS. If they all want to tie themselves to this, by all fucking means. But, I'm done playing nice with this.

For all we know, they ALL of guilty of treason ... especially if they're willing to fall on their swords for Bel.
