So that we propose some... base ideas that I have that should help some people out.

If a full map is to added, the current TSP map will be used for claiming main nation plots as usual. Established nations/users may claim a secondary, non-puppet nation in the new lands, but may have no current interaction until further notice.
The full map should be used for historical RP, if it wishes to interact with the main TSP. Eventually I wish to see a full Pacifica alliance, but to slowly integrate these new lands, interaction must be minimal.
In order to create a plausible solution to the "next-door neighbors forgot for millenia" problem, a lot of people have to work together to create a huge historical RP. This would a massive ancient world war, that pushed many people to different parts of the globe. Maybe these "new people" are a different species of human or something that would push millions to the far reaches and never speak for thousands of years.
Another huge thread of even bigger proportions must be created to reintroduce these people back into TSP's views.

These might be a little flawed, so help me out as probably sound dumb, but I think you get the idea.
Right now I think that we have a basic idea of what the map should look like, but now is figuring if we should and how we should implement it.
