The aide calculates some numbers in order to determine an appropriate reduction in price. He perks up, adding, "it would reduce your costs by about 23%, making it some of the cheapest technology to import for your sake."

The Trade Minister looks at the papers again, and then speaks. "Yes, Dr. Crenshaw, that seems like a suitable deal. Eggrarian technology will be a surefire way to boost Ikaranara's technological prowess. Although, if the time comes that an existential threat threatens both our nations, I would request that we get the same or similar deal for military technology to combat the threat. I suppose that you would have to take this up with your military, but either way I agree to these exceedingly fair terms."
