ITAK News(Informatsionnoye telegrafnoye agentstvo Kliegme), is a a public corporation funded by the Kliegmean government and license fees, but is managed independently. As part of the Constitution, the president of ITAK is chosen by the President of Kliegme, after being recommended by its board of directors. However, as Opposition Parties are free to fund ITAK, it is not completely under the government's control. It's current president is Shion Melnikova

What is Kliegme to Sallodesia, and Sallodesia to Kliegme?

With the Recent Partnership with Salledosia, Our economy is certainly growing. My Uncle and Many Farmers like him could purchase cheap, and I must say, High Quality Fertilizers and Machinery from Sallodesian imports. Many Kliegmeans go to Sallodesia for a vacation, Many Sallodesians Come over here for a Vacation. We got some techniques and data from Sallodesian Technicians in the Aircraft Industry, and our Airport in Mumiea got an extra runway. One may say, Kliegme has benefited from Sallodesian Cooperation.

But what is the reciepts for this benefit? Sallodesia is a rich and influential nation in Salisbury, a bit far from our island of Crabry. Yet, they are ever so interested in conflicts in our region. Our Border Guards have been working day and night in the borders with NAGB, with the recent conflicts between the United States of Izaakia and NAGB. In fact, Transromelia Oblast has enacted a curfew temporarily due to said conflicts. Why did I bring this up? well, we don't have a great relationship with NAGB, but Izaakia doesn't exactly have had hard feelings on us. Well, Izaakia has hard feelings on Sallodesia and the Concordia Entente.

Let me read a portion of the Treaty that Mr. Chernov signed. "Kliegme is to either lease or construct a port in Bisei for Sallodesian ships. Kliegme and Sallodesia will construct a joint airbase in the Kiryatska Oblast, with Sallodesian Garrisons to guard said bases" A Military base with a Garrison of a Foreign Military, in our Populated Port cities and a region with Nuclear Power plants and Refineries. Now, you may all remember the controversy that was caused when the Federal Senate removed the Armed Neutrality cause in the constitution. President Alexei Boroshilov Calmed the opposition by saying "Our Foreign Policy just became more flexible, that's all. As for now, we'll continue our neutrality."

Let me ask you this. How can a country claim to be Neutral when it houses a military base of a Foreign Country, that is involved in global conflict? If Sallodesia goes to war with another nation, Their bases in Bisei and Kiryatsa become targets to bombing. Now, before I continue, I must assert that my views, are simply my views. 

If we are attacked, Sallodesia has no obligations to intervene for us. After all, we're not a part of their "Entente". However, if They are attacked, their bases, and by extension, Bisei and Kiryatsa would be attacked, and that would mean we'd have to retaliate. That doesn't seem fair. This would be the first time in 60 years for a foreign military to have a presence on Kliegmean soil. How are we certain that they won't get into conflict with our citizens? 

In a volatile situation with tensions rising at many conflicts, when a summit for governments to discuss peace, starts off with a president of a nation flamboyantly insulting many nations. One can't expect the conflict won't reach us. We must act, before others act for us.

Kliegme to Support Autonomy in Romordia

The Foreign Minister, at a Surprise press meeting, revealed to the public that there has been talks with the Izaakian Delegation in regards to the Romordian Autonomous Republic, Which has gained autonomy as a result of the Izaakian-British War.

Chernov revealed that Kliegme will not only recognize and support the state, but will also open Travel Corridors to Izaakia and other nations willing to assist the fledgling state.

President Alexei Boroshilov, in a Seperate Press Meeting, has announced the Travel Corridor to be ready by Friday, this week, and for the first shipments of medicine and construction material are scheduled to be ready at the same time.

Izaakian Ships to Join Kliegmean Navy

After the Announcement of Kliegme's Negotiations with Izaakia, and Izaakia's intentions on phasing out Montacian and Brodlancian Ships, some had expected Kliegme would recieve the Vessels, in exchange of allowing Izaakia access to Romordia. Today, in an Izaakian Media, it has been revealed that Kliegme will, indeed recieve Vessels from the Navies of the Former States of Montacia and Brodlancia, alongside Naval Attaches for Training for said Vessels. For now, Kliegme has announced to integrate Montacia's Replenishment Oilers as Zavtra Class Supply Ships, with plans on other vessels being either unrevealed or not planned. However, many experts assume Kliegme will scrap some vessels they deem unneccessary.

A Recent Boom in Kliegme: The Itrysh Cake

The Itrysh Cake, a dessert revisited from its appearance in Kliegme's popular TV Show: Better Dial Keitel

On Stream, you can easily find photoes of Kliegmeans taking pictures of them with their beloved Itrysh Cakes. This recent "Itrysh Boom" is from the scene in the popular crime and legal drama series; "Better Dial Keitel", a story about an lawyer and his fall into the world of crime. When the scene of the Show's Protagonist Keitel Muller getting served the Itrysh Cake aired, sales of bakeries have skyrocketed.

So what is this Itrysh Cake? It’s a combination of a thin biscuit and a thick layer of cream soufflé covered with chocolate glaze, and which resembles the widely appreciated bird’s milk cake. It was recorded to originate from Phonixburg, which was why the name "Itrysh Cake" was set in stone. The cake was created by Saratov confectioner Alexander Prachkin in 1956. He was the son of a woman from a wealthy Alman family, who moved with her beloved, the bargeman Alexei Prachkin, to Phonixburg. Their son, Alexander Prachkin, would change the dessert culture of Kliegme forever.

In the 1950s, after service in the Great War, Alexander came back to Phonixburg and got a job working as a loader in the Vendôme Restaurant. One day, he drew a sketch of a cake that his boss liked, and that’s how his pastry career began. Later, he became the restaurant’s leading confectioner, and then opened up his own confectionary bakery in Phonixburg, named Prachkin's Confectionary.

Up to this very day, already for many decades, local residents and tourists have been buying Itrysh cakes from this confectionery shop. Fans of the Cake says it's simple, yet delicous nature is what makes the dessert so appealing. In fact, it is so simple that you can make it at home! Here are the Recipes.

Ingredient:
Milk - 500 ml + 170 ml for a chocolate glaze
Cream 33% - 350 ml
Chopped nuts - 200 g(Optional)
Sugar - 200 g + 5 tbsps sugar for the glaze
Gelatin - 10 g
Egg - 1 unit Soda slaked with lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
Sour cream - 1/2 cup
Cocoa - 3 tbsps for the dough + 4 tbsps for the glaze
Flour - 3/4 cup Butter - 100 gr
Cocoa for decoration

Recipe:
1. To prepare the dough, mix the egg, sour cream and half a cup of sugar in a bowl. Douse the baking soda with lemon juice; add to the dough and mix well until smooth.
2. Sift the cocoa and flour and add to a bowl, using a mixer to turn it into a homogeneous mass.
3. Put the dough into a greased baking dish, and bake it in the oven at 180°С for 10-12 minutes.
4. Cool the baked cake and pierce it directly with a fork over the entire surface.
5. Mix gelatin with milk and leave the mass for 10 minutes to dissolve the gelatin. Add the remaining half cup of sugar and stir.
6. Add chopped nuts, put the bowl in a water bath and wait until complete dissolution of sugar and gelatin.7. Remove the filling from the stove and cool.
8. Whip the cream until fluffy, add to the filling and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
9. Put the filling on the baked cake. Put your creation in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
10. Prepare the chocolate glaze. Pour 170 ml of milk into a small saucepan (preferably thick-walled) and bring it to a boil.
11. Then quickly pour in 5 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix everything and put it on medium heat again.12. While constantly stirring, cook the chocolate icing until the sugar grains are completely dissolved. This will take no more than 3-4 minutes. Then remove the icing from the heat and add the butter.
13. Stir everything until the butter is completely dissolved. In fact, the chocolate glaze from cocoa and milk is ready. Let it cool to room temperature, allowing it to thicken. You can cover the cake with glaze.
14. The last step is to sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder and cut it into small pieces; decorate it to your preference and serve it to your guests or on your holiday table. Enjoy!

Breaking: Izaakian Convoy found smuggling Lethal Equipment in the Kliegme-Romordia Travel Corridor

The Weaponry siezed from an Izaakian Convoy.

An attempt to violate the Bisei Agreements signed in August 4th has been thwarted by the Guards posted at Outpost 17B. According to the Bisei Agreements, Kliegme has opened an Travel Corridor for Humanitarian Aid, prohibiting the transport of lethal weaponry via the corridor. However, The Guards at Outpost 17B has found and siezed Rifles, Pistols, and Anti-Tank launch tubes. 

Sergeant Pavel Romanov, in an Interview with ITAK, described the moment.
"While we were bickering in the Outpost, Rookie(Private Dmitry Kerensky) pointed out that there was an Izaakian Truck on the corridor. Which was strange, as there were no Convoys scheduled for the week. I went down to confront the driver, and told Rookie and Misha(PFC Mikhail Rezhnov) to relay my transmissions to Command, and recieve instructions. The Man seemed pretty shocked when I showed up, but told me that there were "Romordian Refugees" inside the Truck, which didn't make sense, as it was heading towards Romordia. But he was very stubborn about the existence of refugees, and as stubborn in preventing us from inspecting the vehicle. This went on and on, until Command ordered an IFV from Our mechanized Platoon to assist us, alongside an order for us to apprehend the man and sieze the vehicle. When the IFV arrived, the Truck driver tried to run away, but we were able to stop it. Some soldiers got off the IFV, and helped us arrest the driver and escort the Refugees to safety. When we went inside the truck, we found several weapons, instead of Refugees." 

The Driver, currently in questioning, was found to have Izaakian passports on him, and the weapons siezed from the truck is same used by the Izaakian Military. It is still uncertain if this was an operation by the Izaakian Government, with investigations going on. In response to the Incident, The Foreign Ministry has summoned the Izaakian Ambassador to condemn the incident, and to discuss what to do with the arrested Izaakian.

FM Alexander Chernov to retire due to Health Issues, Acting FM Vyacheslav Avdeyev Appointed to FM

President Boroshilov Signing the Decree appointing Mr.Avdeyev as the Foreign Minister of Kliegme.

The Hospitalization of (now Ex-)Foreign Minister Aleksandr Chernov, due to Cardiac arrest, has been a shock to not only Kliegmeans, but also to many others, such as Sallodesian Foreign Minister Muanko. Mr. Chernov, today, has sent the Department of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet a Resignation, claiming health issues, and "wanting to stay with the family.". This resignation, which was approved by Prime Minister Honoka Kalinina, has prompted rumours of Mr.Chernov's condition having worsened. Nontheless, President Alexei Boroshilov appointed the acting Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Andreyev to the Vacant position of Foreign Minister. During his swearing-in ceremony, Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Andreyev has requested to not spread any rumours.
