Oh it's not that difficult. You could contact new nations, write for the Journal, help write the NS/TSP guides I'm planning, etc. I'm sure there is something you could be really good at.

We have all been the guy asking the silly questions, at some point. I just tried to give newcomers the involvement opportunities that I didn't have back when I was new.

I still need to meet with Tsu and discuss how to coordinate our agendas, but do expect some exciting things for the Ministry!
