Most of it is luck, yeah. If all you want is a MoFA who writes updates and doesn't do politics, there's plenty of that here and anybody can be trained to do it. If you want a MOFA who is a deft politician and can navigate their way through gameplay politics, then there's no way to train for that, especially when those kinds of MOFAs face an uphill battle for being too ideological in the first place.

I'm not really in this thread to give suggestions, though. Just sharing my thoughts and commentary.
