The Secretariat must inform Cathalea that it must reject its accession application due to a number of inconsistencies found in it. These include the lack of sufficient economic growth as required to achieve parity with member states and the difficulty of determining the physical location of its territories. Should Cathalea have questions about this process or wish to clarify the above inconsistencies, the Secretariat will be glad to attend them in its Headquarters.
