Chapter II of the Charter of the Southern Cooperation Organisation describes the accession process. Those nations wishing to become members of the Organisation must go through the following process:
Those nations or international organisations wishing to become observers to the Organisation must fill out an application and submit it to the Secretariat. Such application will be reviews by the Secretariat and granted and denied also within thirty days of its reception. Observers may be removed by the Southern Council at any time, despite the previous approval of the Secretariat. -- Member Status Please replace the first and the last [NATION] with the name of your nation, [CURRENCY] with the name of your currency, [FORM] with your form of government and [NAME] with the names as required, but know that all other [NATION] do not need to be replaced.
