Recall:Gustave Berr

Indeed. I have discussed this with Farengeto and our intentions are as such. An inactive Justice would break the cycle of convention with the 3 presiding and 1 non-presiding Justice system, especially for Legal Questions

I agree GB should be recalled for the reasons AWE mentioned. I second the motion.

Who is the new Chief Justice, by the way?

Farengeto, I believe.

It's Farengeto, as Kris has mentioned. Maybe we shouldn't shy away from making official announcements about things like these. On behalf of the Court, I'd like to apologise for our failure to keep the region informed

By the way - with regards to the seconded motion: discussion must occur for five days for recalls.

Still not sure why it should be 5 days discussion for an inactivity recall, which doesn't need a lot of discussion, either someone is inactive or they aren't. I know you are just following the rules in place though.

Because a while ago people wanted to have minimum discussion times, and that included increasing the discussion time for recalls, from three to five days.

(Something I actually opposed, but it ended up becoming the law of the land.)

Historically the fixed discussion/voting time for recalls was to prevent a CoA from sitting on a recall motion directed at themselves.

If I may ask the Court, is Llamas currently active?
