In some programs you can also resize by percentage (me having used Paint to resize things for my avatar Tounge )

More likely i believe is that Henn and Bel realized that they were going to split the non reform vote and thus tried the failed joint candidate maneuver.

Indeed, considering that we're the only ones to have actually presented any proposed ideas for reform.

And yes, splitting the vote was a concern of mine.
