Trial Masking |
Given that it's apparently going to be permitted for Belschaft to file defamation charges against me despite the fact I'm not a citizen of the Coalition, I am requesting some sort of trial masking to be permitted to defend myself against such charges.
I will not apply for citizenship for this purpose, but I do have a nation in The South Pacific and that nation is Cormacville. I am therefore entitled to the right to defend myself, according to Article 2.5 of the Charter, which according to Article 2.1 applies to nations in TSP and not merely to citizens.
I don't think the Court has been asked if charges can be filed against you. But as long as you have a nation in TSP, you're under its jurisdiction. We'll get the masking sorted out.
Thank you. It's my firm belief that the charges are invalid, as I'm not a citizen, but they will become valid the moment I apply for citizenship -- which I have no intention of doing, ever again.
You should now be able to post in the High Court area.
For the record, as long as you maintain a nation in the region or any TSP-owned regions, you're under TSP jurisdiction and can be charged with a crime. Lack of citizenship doesn't protect you. |
