I was pleasantly surprised by the serendipitous Court infographic in my inbox this morning! I thought it might be useful to pull together our comments like we have for the Charter?

My thoughts are:

1. To replace 'sue another resident' with 'File a complaint against another resident'; and
2. I'm assuming the bullet point 2 - current system will be replaced with the 'new' system? Sounds like it was originally written when the judicial system was last overhauled.
