Also, be clear on exactly what it is you're motioning to vote.
Oh well , we have a fairer voting system now, something for us all to morn. Now onto the Election Commissioner(s).

I agree with Punchwood. It's done and voted on. We need an election commissioner and move on with the election. If this is a problem, then appeal it to the Assembly.
Yes unless you want to delay the election, have a debate on electoral reform and then vote on it and waste a huge amount of time go ahead. If not lets change the topic.

Well then...any volunteers?
The Election Commissioner is one of the three administrators, or someone appointed by them.

Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator. I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum. Are all three administrators running for election? If so, they can't be the Election Commissioner.
Also, the law is a little vague on who actually get's to appoint an Election Commissioner. You say the Admin Team, Kris, but the law itself does not. It simply says an Election Commissioner may be appointed, but not by whom. Quote:Article 4 - Election Commission
I did come up with an idea in the shower (where all my ideas come from). We used to, back in, I dunno, 2012 (?), use red/blue marking on voting threads to indicate where amendments were being made on proposals. When I took the job last year, I inherited our current tradition of using such markup in drafting threads and removing such markup for the final voting stage. But perhaps people would more clearly recognize what is being voted on if the proposals used markup in the final voting stage too. We could do what is done in TNP and show two copies of the text, one with markup and one without ?
