Inmediately after, a crowd gathered in front of the KFF headquarters; some went to defend the use of the word "soccer", and others (the majority) to protest against it.

The NSF, in a press conference, has stated to other countries to "bug off", as Ryccian English has the word soccer instead of football. The word "Football" is reserved for another type of sport.

In a press conference, KFF President Michaels apologized for his earlier statement, saying "I didn't want to insult any country or language. I wasn't thinking clearly when I said that". Some media outlets criticized Michaels (who is being investigated for corruption by the Federal Police) calling his statement "inappropiate" and his apology "dishonest".

Ryccian forces have been bombing a SRT stronghold in Liygur, destroying enemy ammunition and killing 56 militiants. Capitalist militias are also fighting the SRT in Liygur, and the Ryccian Military has not fired against the capitalist militias, but they are not supported by the Ryccian forces in any way.
