The car explosion has been identified as a direct attack on the Minister for Home Affairs. The bomb was placed on a car nearby the ministry. Dr. Weral Italī was supposed to enter a car escort when the bomb went off. Luckily he was late by a minute so that he suffered only minor injuries whilst still inside the building. Outside, the bomb killed at least 16 escort detail agents as well as at least 10 passengers and 25 people inside the building. Many more injured. Dr. Italī, relying on eye-witness accounts, refused to be taken to the hospital, instead applying first-aid and urging emergency services to take other, more injured people instead of him. As of right now, his whereabouts and his condition are not known. The Freedom Front has taken responsibility for the attack, announce even more radical measures to be taken.
