But Eevee was a starter pokemon in Yellow and Conquest only and you don't get to choose them because they are reserved for your rival. Because of that, Eevee isn't officially recognized as a starter pokemon.

Say, has anyone here tried a Nuzlocke challenge? I've started one, but never finished it. And no, it wasn't because I lost or anything, I just ran out of time for it as elections were coming around here.
