Families
#1

Oh, boy. It's an incestuous mess, isn't it? Anumias, Starks, Montresors, Hollands...

And TNP's decided to join in on the fun! Me and a few other active TNPers are starting the Sanguine clan.

Since I'm just the curious giraffe that I am, I figured I'd ask your thoughts on the subject.

I saw this before. Was interested, but I thought I couldn't join any.

I was a Montresor for a long time. I recently stopped using it and resumed using "Kringle", for personal reasons. I think families can be fun if they are formed between people that get along (good luck to the Sanguine!), not so much when it becomes a political thing or people stop getting along.

You can certainly join ours!

Luckily the main Sanguines do get along. If I'm not mistaken, there's Darcania, Wolfsea, Cronaal, myself, and a couple more.

I think the best family is the one that you keep local, or strictly between close friends, without mixing with other families. My problem with most families is they become things for status or just a way for someone to get involved in several places or with several people. In the end it stopped having fun with it.
