Conservative ads are so frequent, misleading and annoying that they ironically made me want to vote for them less.
Interestingly there's a new child care benefit coming into effect that they've been advertising lile crazy. Because there's no ulterior motive promoting to extra money for families right before elections.
What do you guys think about a Quebec party in national parliament and Quebec independence in general? A lot of people I talked to in Qubec really did not identify as Canadian but as Quebecois.

I don't think Quebec could survive being independent, or Canada do too well without Quebec either. It does feel like a completely separate country, though.
The first federal leaders debate is tonight, featuring all the Conservatives, Liberals, NDP and Green party leaders.
