Six months ago, the Sporaltryan War was in full swing. Darkstrait was at war with Qvait and Ryccia. A lot can change in six months.

With a 77% majority, the Charter has been ratified by the Darkstraitese Parliament. The State Council of Mrs. Ethel J. Bundy's Birthday Island has also approved it with a 81% majority.

In the Qvaitican Senate, the Charter was ratified by a vote of 78–22.

A majority vote of 6,900 vs. 3,100 in Ryccia(69%) 75 vs. 25 in RATSPT(75%) and 7-3 in Siculite Islands(70%) ratifies this Charter.

Three nations and three territories have ratified this Charter. One more addition shall be made as the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Winston Island has voted 77–23 and ratified the Charter. Now, what of Laiwan?
