No a newspaper does not have to be non-bias. However people prefer non-bias news sources because it gives you the full picture and not just how one is side is wonderful and the other side is this evil monster. That's one of the reasons why UK newsreaders are so plain and show little emotion, because they can't be seen to favour one side over the other.

You keep missing the point about objective news reporting vs editorials.
Former Delegate of the South Pacific
Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.
I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum.
