I noticed that I have a star under my username. I don't know how it got there, or what it means. If someone could explain, that would be fantastic. Thanks!

Don't mind them. They're used to signal rank, originally, but we've got no actual purpose for them.

Because yours is the default usergroup. We have deactivated stars for the others.
