Can we have our charter and laws posted somewhere very visible?

In the last forums there was a bar underneath the logo (the Welcome to TSP) thing with a drop down menu that linked to the charter and code easily.

I wonder if we could have that or a line of links underneath the header (welcome logo thing) that had links to: charter, code, a faq, citizenship, nsa, irc, and a page with current government and how to contact them.

And an easy link to show the current government officials would be nice. Trying to figure out who's who is annoying. Even if it just becomes part of the WFE,

I'd be okay with that, too. I just assumed it wasn't done 'cause the functionality wasn't there.
