Got any RL items that you want to invent in your nation, say no more. The Patent office allows one to proclaim and give birth to the existence of an RL thing in their nation.

For example:

"Caasd proclaim the existence of Anime"

That means their country is the one who invented anime.

Before we open, I'd like opinions from you guys.

I think we need some ground rules on the inventions.

I mean like for example, vantablack. I don't believe anyone has mentioned about it, therefore I proclaimed that Hammerstar invented it.
