The fact the matter is, the delegacy of Qvait has yet to prove to the council that they have actually approached other international coalitions to help them with hunting Isaac Faulkner. Another question, why is Sydney blocked? Are you going to put the entire area into quarantine just to exterminate a couple of terrorists? A couple of terrorists is an understatement. The State Intelligence Directorate, Section 2 notified our Secretary of Intelligence and Security that there were insurgents up in the hundreds on the streets of Sydney.
