The US has confirmed the death of a Libyan ISIS leader known as Abu Nabil in Derna as a result of a November 13 airstrike. ISIS has benefited somewhat of the ongoing Libyan Civil War, as it has taken some territory in Libya.

Crimea has power restored, some say partially, some say fully. The power outage in Crimea, caused by activists who bombed the four Ukrainian pylons who provided energy for the disputed Black Sea peninsula, has caused that nearly 2 million people go out without electricity for two weeks. Because of the cold, one rare white tiger cub even died in a Crimean zoo in Yalta.
