The United Front will hereby discuss The Federation of Kys' accession. According to Article 2, Section 2.1 of the United Front Charter, a discussion will last a minimum period of one day. "Frankly, our concerns to Kys's accession is the fact that they have four presidents and four prime ministers. We are quite aware of the mechanism this nation uses, but the fact that each president represent a different country, which has its own interests, may prove to be a difficulty. It would seem quite complex in negotiation processes.

A defensive pact and an international sanction against Vercopa. We do have a defensive pact among members, but Kys must first propose an international sanction against Vercopa once it has been made a member.
But the defensive pact in the UF is not a joke, we ask full cooperation and loyalty from Kys to the UF. We sincerely hope that things in Kys won't go under like Livi Ryccia. Before we vote, I would like to ask the representative of Kys about the nation's military. I want to know how big the nation's defense budget is, its conscription laws, if any, the number enlisted, and its defense capabilities as if it was not in the CESTA. In addition to these four questions, I would like to know what and how your nation's military will contribute to this organization's defensive capabilities.
Of course:
1. We spend about ~1.6% of our budget in the military between all member presidential provinces of the Federation, with Irykia paying the most by percent, about 8.3% of its GDP, and Kyrini the least, with a contribution of 0.4% of its GDP. 2. Conscription is enforced only on war-time, optional if the nation is not in its highest alert, or if the Federation is in a not-so-grave situation. Conscription, unless voluntary, is banned in peace-time. 3. About 112,000 troops(or so). Irykia has the most soldiers, at 80,000, while Siculites the least, with only 2,000. However, Kyrini contributes the least by percent, having only 30,000. 4. Kys has the capability to defend against a powerful nation, but not if its army is so big that it vastly outnumbers Kys's(Ex. 110,000 vs. 2 million, ouch) or if it is facing a superpower. Kys is very advanced in military tech, mostly thanks to Irykia's military capabilities.
