Yep. What I was envisioning is a Forum as a "Welcome Thread" where we can have people post welcome threads, and then two subforums — one for citizenship apps and one for LoAs.

I can leave it it where it is, but the rum and the surf and sheer boredom of killing a week on an island that takes 2 and a half hours to drive across has me thinking...

In an effort to keep things above board and open, I'm proposing a change to Article II, Section 9 of the charter from:
How about

9. Citizens may request a leave of absence from the Vice Delegate.

to:

9. Citizens may request a leave of absence from the Vice Delegate. Requests, Approvals, or reasons for denials shall be posted and viewable to the Assembly. The Vice delegate shall also post, for the admins to see, people that have exceeded the 30 day non-posting limit for citizenship removal.

I would approve of the change. It would help to avoid complications should someone request a leave.
