The common assertion is that knowledge is power.

Scientists would say that power is synonymous with energy.

Einstein stated that mass is just energy squeezed into a really small space.

Mass is essentially matter.

And matter distorts space.

Therefore, enough books together in one space will create a black hole long before any collection of objects of similar size and density reasonably should.

Nope. Power is energy divided by time; one watt of power means that you're taking in one joule of energy every second, for example.
