Military option should be considered the last and there has been no comments from the Zarisan government. We have not had evidence that Zarisa isn't into holding a referendum, or actually acted violently to the people of Farengeto concerning this matter. Is there also evidence that Zarisa failed to hold democracy of its people? If Farengeto is to protect its people abroad, they should just escort these people away from the Kallion island until an agreement can be made.

Point is, how one earth is this a "diplomatic" operation is one is to send and dispatch troops?

As such, our blessings are not with you. I ask to the council that unless an agreement is made, the continuation of military placement in the Kallion Islands (without the agreement from Zarisa) must be condemned by the SCO.
