We apologize wether the Resentinian delegation would feel disappointed with us, but the SCO must be aware of the fact that if Kys were to become a member and the Vercopans are to attack the nation, the SCO would have no choice but to tell all of its members to proclaim war against Vercopa. The Fall of Ryccia, Sporaltryus alongside with the crisis several countries are experiencing means that the thought of waging war would destroy the economies of our nation. Would you like to spark another Great War?

Furthermore, if we Kys were to attack Vercopa first, members of the SCO would have no obligations to defend them at all. We will have obligations if Kys were to be the victim, but we won't have the obligations. Furthermore, if the SCO upholds the idea of human rights and human prosperity, why hasn't it invited Vercopa to a peaceful forum in here? Ladies and Gentlemen, if we may quote the charter point number 5 section B: "The Organisation seeks to maintain international peace and goodwill and aims at being a forum for the peaceful resolution of all international disputes and conflicts." A forum, a meeting.

The Hammerstarian delegacy condemns slavery of any sort, heck our nation has experienced much worse than slavery. The river was drenched in blood and the carcasses of those who dared to oppose the invaders in the twilight of the maelstrom. But we also condemn those who thought that the matter between Vercopa and Kys can be solved only through violence, regardless of which side or party they are on. Ladies and gentlemen? Have we dropped down to such a manner that a military aggression is the solution to such a way? The SCO upholds the idea of peace, diplomacy and discussion, the option for military aggression shall be our final resort.

The Accession of Kys is seen with warmth by the Hammerstarian delegacy and their cultural values have been loved by the people of Hammerstar, the disclosed mission of the Kys-Hammerstarian monuments men depicts the salvage of cultural sites and relics of Ryccia to be rightfully given, preserved and protected by Kys.

However the only thing we see unfavorable at this point in time is the fact that Kys and the SCO hasn't even tried to invite Vercopa to sit down in a neutral forum to discuss about their human rights violations.

We open for another point to be discussed in the Kysian accession, which is the stance of the SCO if Kys were to be an aggressor or the victim in the potential war between Kys and Vercopa.
