| Stance of the UF to the New Ryccian Federation |
We believe that the court of the UF has understood the fact that the Technocracy has offered its aid to the new Ryccian Federation in rebuilding the country. But noting the reactions by member states, we would like to inquire the stance of the UF towards the new republic and how should we act upon it.

Qvait is against spending any money toward the reconstruction of Ryccia. It failed before and it will fail again. My country will not waste any more money on Ryccia. However, on the topic of refugees, those who came to Qvait have earned citizenship in my country, and are welcome to stay in Qvait. Any more refugees seeking asylum are welcome to come to Qvait.

Kys is not part of Ryccia or viceversa. Therefore, re-settling refugees on our land is inaccurate.

We support the Ryccian people's right to self-determination, and that our relatives are well. Even before the fall, Kyrini and Ryccia had good business ties and political ties, the former which ended when Kyrini condemned Ryccia's ways. Business still went on, as it benefited Kyrini, however, trade was a little harder due to some restrictions imposed in response.

In light of recent events, we have confirmed that the new Ryccian Federation has indeed opened fire to a member state in the UF. Namely the Kysian Union.
The Hammerstarian delegation has taken the liberty to quote from the Charter, Section 1.2 Section 1.2: Military Objectives 1. The United Front seeks to defend itself in case of outside attacks. 2. The United Front will never attack other nations in or outside the alliance. 3. It is forbidden to attack another nation in the alliance. If a member nation attacks another, the United Front will defend the attacked nation. Exceptions may include trying to get rid of a rouge government in a member nation. Since the Ryccian Federation is not a member nation, but acts as aggressor to a member nation. Is it the responsibility of member nations in the UF to defend the Kysian Union?
