DRAFT: Delegate as Head of State |
Just a quick draft of what kind of framework we might want for a Delegate serving as Head of State;
Quote:Article X: The Delegate Minister of Media, Subversion and Sandwich Making
Associate Justice of the High Court and Senior Moderator
Question: If there are two vices, who will be the successor?
Deputy Regional Minister of the Planning and Development Agency(March 8-May 19, 2014)
Local Council Member(April 24-August 11) Court Justice of TSP(August 15-December 7) (04-17-2016, 04:52 PM)Ryccia Wrote: Question: If there are two vices, who will be the successor? That looks good.

Hey, I have a bunch of issues. You don't need to care. Emoji of the week: :dodgy:
I like that, I don't see anything wrong with that.

And how does this interact with every single other part of our laws? This is why whole proposals need to be posted, rather than piecemeal articles. We're at the stage where we're actually writing the laws, and it's important to see how everything is supposed to work together in a unified set of laws.

But we also need to spend time discussing individual reforms, and hardening up what they are going to be. Is this an entire proposal? No. What it is, however, is an indication of what kind of powers and responsibilities a Head of State might have; a building block which can be used to move forwards. I think people putting forward their own complete drafts, which inevitably will be 90% their own pet projects and only 10% GC reforms, is a bad idea. Minister of Media, Subversion and Sandwich Making

What we want is full draft that INCLUDE the agreed upon sections of the GC.
We need to make what we agreed on here work with the existing Charter/CoL, and then mold it to fit. Semi-Unretired

Hold the Line -- I'm closing this for a quick vote. And then we can pick this up after.
