When we heard that Sporal troops attacked a city, President Harrison banned Chancellor Rasmick from entering the country for lying to her. We are a little over sixteen days away from the time that consultations end, but President Margaret Harrison decided that it was important to disclose communications between Qvait, Ryccia, and Darkstrait between 15 and 18 June, 2015, that had not previously been released. I have enough copies for everyone to read. Allyson Costello Qvaitican Ambassador to Winston Island Third Republic of Qvait Dated 15 June, 2015 Qvaitican President Gabriel West: To the heads of state of Darkstrait and Ryccia, The following information is top secret and is only known between those listed in the document. To access the redacted information, highlight the text with your mouse. President Gabriel West needs the heads of state's input on the matter of the document below. It is important to the national security of Darkstrait, Qvait, and Ryccia that the document below does not fall into the wrong hands. Treat these documents with needed caution. If need be, these documents may be shared with the intelligence apparatuses and the Joint Chiefs of Staff of both militaries. Operation Affirmed In the event that Sporaltryus declares war on Ryccia. If the Ryccian government becomes aggressive against any nation before a military conflict begins, Operation Affirmed will be scrapped and Qvait will have no choice but to cut its ties with Ryccia. On 11 May, 2015, Darkstrait and Qvait agreed to a non-aggression pact to protect against the event that Sporaltryus attempted to oust Darkstrait from the Southern Socialist Union. Long before Operation Affirmed is executed, both Darkstrait and Ryccia need to come to terms with each other. At the time of the execution of this operation, neither Darkstrait nor Ryccia can be at war against each other. During the course of this operation, Darkstrait must remain neutral in the conflict. In the time before Operation Affirmed is executed, the Qvaitican government urges Darkstrait and Ryccia to be prepared for an armed conflict. Politically speaking, it is important that Ryccia is not first to declare war on any nation. In order for this operation to be executed, it is crucial that Sporaltryus decalres war first and is seen as the aggressor. Operation Affirmed is essentially a regime change in Sporaltryus by Qvait. Once the regime change is successful, Sporaltryus will have at lost most of its power in the South Pacific, and Darkstrait will takeover the Southern Socialist Union, which will ensure that the Southern Socialist Union is no longer a political threat to the Qvaitican Republic. After the regime change, remnants of the Sporaltryan military may retaliate against Darkstrait. So, any Sporaltryan naval vessel or aircraft sailing or flying towards Darkstrait will be sunk or shot down and a Qvaitican naval fleet stationed at the nearby island of Winston Island will protect the waters of Darkstrait. Afterword, any Sporaltryan insurrection shall be put down and a pro-Qvait government will be set up in Sporaltryus. Phases of the operation: — Phase I — Immigration shutdown and mobilization of the Qvaitican Defense Forces — Phase II — Declarations of war — Phase III — Sporaltryan invasion of Ryccia — Phase IV —Qvaitican drone strike and invasion of Sporaltryus — Phase V — Regime change in Sporaltryus — Phase VI — Sporaltryan expulsion from the Southern Cooperation Organisation and the Southern Socialist Union After Phase VI is complete, Operation Affirmed would therefore be a success and would be terminated. When Laiwan allied with us and did not agree with Sporaltryus, Sporaltryus themselves expelled Laiwan with no vote nor discussion whatsoever. They truly hold power over this world. And we must grab a silent sword to slay them, once and for all. Qvaitican President Gabriel West: Yes. You were not informed of our NAP with Darkstrait for an entire month, and now you know. This will all be kept secret. Even after this hypothetical war is over, no one, except you, will know of my NAP with Darkstrait, nor the wartime relationship between Darkstrait and Ryccia. However, I am still waiting for a response from Darkstrait since he is still offline. Dated 15–18 June, 2015 Darkstrait head of government (in response to Operation Affirmed): Sounds good, but one question. Resentine and I made a secret alliance during the Baliish crisis. He is also worried about Sporaltryus, in addition to Awe's consolidation of power within the SCO. Should we consider adding him to our plot? Qvaitican President Gabriel West: The more the merrier, just disclose that Ryccia and Qvait is with you and Resentine. Basically, we have an Alliance of Four. Darkstrait head of government: Wunderschön. I have a plan for getting Sporaltryus out. Basically, I do my best to keep Laiwan in the SSU, and stall the upcoming trial. Once hostilities begin, Laiwan openly continues trade with Ryccia. Sporaltryus tries to eject them for that, and hopefully tries a blockade. I then condemn this move on the grounds that it is an act of war against a member nation and try to eject Sporaltryus as Qvaitican soldiers march into the capital. Qvaitican President Gabriel West: I'm not trying to start a war, I'm trying to prevent a war. I want to do everything I can to avert war so that Operation Affirmed does not need to be executed. Operation Affirmed is a last resort. Darkstrait head of government: I know. But it pays to prepare for the worst, and it looks like the worst is coming. Qvaitican President Gabriel West: Well, I'll be damned if I can't prevent war. I'm reluctant to say this, but proceed with caution.
