I know you all want to waive the debate period, but there is no interpretation under which this amendment "addresses an immediate and perilous issue that threatens the security of the region." That clause is designed for legitimate security concerns, not when the Assembly is too impatient to wait.

I quite honestly dont see any issue with this amendment as would be more than willing to support it. I do however, agree with Farengeto that we need to be more patient and wait on more people to give their opinions rather than a select few.
