FAILED: Disapproval Vote for the Nomination of Joshua Ravenclaw as Permanent Justice

This is a vote on a motion to disapprove of the nomination of Joshua Ravenclaw for the position of Permanent Justice of the High Court of the South Pacific.

Pursuant to Article 1.2.2 of the Judicial Act, the procedures for voting are as follows:

Quote:2. The Assembly may reject the nominee by passing a disapproval vote with at least three-fourths support of those voting, which must be up for vote for five days.

Voters may vote 'Aye' should they disapprove of the nominee, 'Nay' should they approve, and 'Abstain' should they choose to abstain from voting.

The motion requires 75% of voters to vote in favour in order to pass. The voting period will last for 5 days

With 56 Approval votes vs. 12 disapproval votes amongst participating regional WA members, as the Local Council Representative to the Assembly I would like to assign the block vote in a manner that closest represents 82% Nay whilst using only whole numbers. Expecting the block vote to equal six votes, that would be best represented by 5 Nay votes and one Aye vote.
