FiHami healthcare isn't government handled. It is generally handled through a private fundraiser that virtually every citizen takes a part of.
There is universal healthcare for all citizens who have a job. Taxes are raised slightly to counteract these costs.
West Carlisten effectively has a universal health system by requiring every citizen (exempting certain groups abroad), longterm resident and person working in the country to acquire (private) health insurance, as well as regulating these private insurers to cap costs (relative to income) and ensuring that there is full basic coverage and that this basic coverage is provided non-profit while allowing insurers to offer some additional premium coverage (without compromising the basic plan).
The system is fairly similar to Switzerland and surprisingly effective. Charles Rock does not currently have a universal health system, though a number of services are provided free or heavily subsidised. There are also certain charity services providing care for certain groups. It is government policy that those who have disabilities or chronic illnesses and cannot pay for treatment with their own labour should generally not continue to live and "burden" the state.
