Survey - Universal Health Care
#11

Resentine has a primary focus on it's government-funded universal system, however, it does have an opt out clause, but the private system is regulated.
An eye for an eye just makes the whole world go blind.

In Bruuma, there is universal healthcare and it is completely free for every service. Doctors receive excellent formation and the equipment is modern and of good quality. Bruuma also produces and exports vaccines and medicines.
( Thus said, the security appartus and the party have reserved facilities for their higher ranks, and in the public system corruption to shortcut the waiting list is common practice).

In Puerto Pollo, there is universal healthcare and it is free but private doctors are allowed to operate as public contractors, which means they have to pay an annual license and respect certain regulation including one on pricing. However, they are often better equipped and trained than the public system for the most complicated and costly surgical operations.

Ryccia has no operational universal healthcare system, but it is being prepared. Until then, public hospitals are to be paid by patients in order to be funded.

Nejopia has no legislation yet nor universal healthcare system and it's not the main concern of the country.
#18

Yes, there is a full national healthcare system. However Premium Private healthcare providers are allowed to operate.

In Rebeltopia, the Healthcare system is a bit complicated.
Rebeltopian citizens have a fairly low deductible that varies depending on some health factors - like smoking. After the deductible, they are covered 100%. Basic, preventive doctor visits and all primary well visits are covered 100%, regardless of deductible.

Legal, non-citizens (usually student and work visas and tourism) are covered between 80%-90%, depending on a mandatory physical when entering the country.

Those who are here illegally are covered up to 50%, but the median is around 35%.

Yes - Volaworand maintains an extensive Social Safety Net.  Following recent pre-election tax and spending cuts, prescription benefits received an upper limit, and some fee's were introduced to access the Tele-Health Network
