When I was a Montresor we didn't really discuss any shady stuff. I think the most drama was over letting Llamas be the family llama. >_<

Since it came up on Discord, should we consider the Rahl family as Empire for the purposes of the PRO act? They're the Empire in all but name so I think we can justify it. We'd also have to check the list of those affected and send the required warning.

Empire has always been a "family" and Rahl is just a veneer created by Empire founders. So I'd say yes.
