Just make him sign a binding agreement. If he goes over and doesn't fix it, eject. If he tries to run, ban. If he commits any other crime, does anything else undisclosed with Empire/Osiris, ban. Have the High Court sign on to it, as well.

Honestly — and I know I'm both naive and a squish — but, I actually believe Bel in this instance. I doubt he'd jeopardize any compassion/goodwill. 

But yeah — let's make sure we have followups.

Eh, the Cabinet went by faith after OBT, too. A lot can change in a couple months! If he's in agreement about doing this, we should really get it in writing.

How do we feel about releasing this thread, too? I'm not sure if it would be covered by the proposal in the assembly, but I feel like we should do so regardless, as a sign of good faith and to show we've got nothing to hide.
