I fixed it. The Mark All Read was officially moved to the forum footer, instead of at the bottom of the stats section. That's the place where the MyBB team is putting it now, for whatever reason.

Like button will be moved back to where it used to be later today.

I am using the default theme (maybe that has something to do with it), and (I'm not sure if its just me) the South Pacific Logo is not there, it is just the "My BB" Logo.
