List of Rules/Regulations made by the APCRC

The list below contains all the Rules/Regulations that the APCRC has created since the 1st APCRC was convened. Strike through text means the rule/regulation not in effect/repealed. The date provided indicates when the rule/regulation was passed or repealed. Individual members can request a rule/regulation be made or repealed by speaking to any member of the APCRC.

Rules/regulations made by the 1st APCRC:
 
  • No member of the party may share private party discussions without the express permission of the APCRC. 10/23/16 12/1/17 Incorporated into the Charter
  • Private threads will be released no later than 50 days of no discussion and a majority vote of the APCRC 3/12/17
  • The current interval for APCRC discussions to be released is one month. 3/27/17
  • For all elections in TSP (Cabinet, Delegate, LC, CoA, etc.), the APC will hold a primary for all positions up for election to determine which candidate the party will endorse. 4/13/17 12/1/17 Incorporated into the Charter
  • Legislator status is required for membership in the APC 4/28/17 12/1/17 Incorporated into the Charter

  • The APCRC has created 3 committees to be composed of select members of the entire party, they are the committees of Recruitment, Policy, and Regional Relations. 6/1/17 12/1/17 Incorporated into the Charter

It is worth noting that it only by tradition that members of the APCRC who run for a government position must go through a primary.
