The Governor General of Senran Islands has stressed that any UNILATERAL action by another state within the territorial waters claimed by the Empire will be met with force. The Imperial High command of the Senran Islands also stresses that any attempt to explore or pass through their waters must negotiated through them first.
Grand Minister Octavian Viranius of Pax Dracon, apparently against the advice of his Praetors and the Senate, has sent a sternly worded missive to President Kensei of the Frost Empire, demanding he discipline the Governor General of the Senran Islands, end their illegal blockade of New Dracon, and restore the neutrality of the New World's waters.
Ryccia has demanded the end of the blockade of several colonies, and does not recognize the "illegal" claims.

As a result of the sternly worded missive sent by Octavian the Senran High Command has instituted an even harsher blockade of New Dracon peninsula. All ships heading into the Peninsula will now be forced back to their port of origin or detained. Ships that refuse to comply and continue their attempt to trespass will be sunk, or captured with their crew and passengers detained. However, the Senran High Command has still left the door for diplomacy open if the other colonies are willing to meet on the shores of IB-008, One of the claimed islands of Senran Islands that is not developed."
Military officials of Senran Islands scoffed at this notion of the "motherland" claiming responsibility for their independent actions. One official stated , "The notion of international law is ridiculous when it does not exists on these lands. Furthermore the demand that a 'motherland' must reign in autonomous territories belies the inefficiencies and backwards nature of these states."

The Settlement Bonds have been given a rating of AA+ citing the ability for profits in the colony and the belief that the bonds will be paid off on time.
