Dear Foreign Secretary Iabhiklurs,

I write to you to inform you of our, the prime ministers - Dr. Erwitto Fricenze - and mine, wish of establishing a diplomatic mission in form of an embassy in Techganet in the name of the Technocratic Republic of Eflad. Our goal is establishing contact between Techganet and Eflad.
I am assigning Marta Flew and a team of 11 diplomatic assistants for the embassy. We appreciate the offer of additional security provided by Techganet, but we have come to the conclusion that we will decline additional security. To ensure our embassy is protected we will be sending 10 EDST (Eflad Diplomatic Security Team) members.

Mr. Iabhiklurs, I am also using this chance to invite you to Eflad for constructive talks between Techganet and Eflad, discussing foreign affairs, but also how we can connect our nations in science, communication and technology. I have hope that this will create positive relationships between our nations.

Dear Mr. Iabhiklurs
Some time ago, your country approached us in a showcase of unity, to strengthen the bond between our two nation by establishing a diplomatic mission in our capital. Such are the great strength and hospitality of your people, to seek for friendship beyond the bounds of our borders. However, our communication was disrupted with a lengthy emptiness, all can be blamed for our side, on that we failed to repaid your gestures of friendship with our own. Thus our administration is proposing this request for a diplomatic mission. Ascribed to this letter is all the requirements that has been stated by your side as conditions to establish a mission in your country.

Note that Mr. Gunderson was a former MP, and has an excellent academic background as a graduate and was a Professor of Foreign Relations in the Livonia State University. You may take anytime you need to consider this request. We hope that this action shall be perceived as a gesture of goodwill from Livana. We look forward for further collaboration and friendship between the Confederacy of Livana and the United Federated Empire of Techganet.

We are glad to announce that the Shahanshah Danial has accepted your invitation to the establishment of a Permanent diplomatic mission.
We honor your wishes for alliance, and after we discuss on terms, we will accept it hopefully.

Mr.Taran'nom was a judge back in Mediran, doing a good job dealing with corrupt politicians and bringing them to the justice.
He is well trusted by the Shahanshah himself.

This team will be accompanied by a group of military personnel, consists of:
30 soldiers armed with G3A3, two officers armed with ARS.45 (USP variant)
We also request Techanerean security forces around the perimeter of Embassy.
The military personnel will be cooperative with Techganet forces in security efforts.
