Rank Requirements |
Perhaps out of having slow internet myself, I'm not keen on the quick timing required for officers. Fast connections shouldn't be required for leadership. For soldiers, I understand the requirement, those are pretty loose and are needed to be effective - but imho you can be an effective leader without being faster than an effective soldier.

Agree because sometimes my internet is really terrible but when it's not, when it's good my moves are like 1-2 seconds. Time is commitment so I can see that as being more important. That's a good point. Would you recommend just throwing that out entirely, or setting different parameters? I'd throw out the ones at officer rank entirely. The soldier speeds are fast enough to be competent and contribute - in the battlefield it doesn't matter if you're faster than that as long as you're in, really The speeds that *do* matter are calling a trigger and banjecting - I'd favour setting a wider time for those, or at least some kind of disclaimer that if you're not physically capable of those times, then you can still be an officer but you should probably get someone else to call triggers.
So if we remove the speed requirements from the Officer rank, are we good to go with this?
I'm happy with them.
Same, they look good to me otherwise.
