Zimbawbe...Coup? Military Action? Whatever...
#1

So, Zimbawbe's military have taken over the country.
Robert Mugabe, the dicta- *ahem!* I mean, President of Zimbawbe, is under house arrest, but, in a bizarre twist, the armed forces deny that there was a coup, just an action by them to remove "criminals" and "stop the infighting in Zanu-PF". They promise that "normalcy" will return as soon as their "mission" is complete.

What does TSP think?

I, for one, expect this to be declared a coup, but not now. The military might be taking steps to remove Mugabe, slowly. Or they'll keep him, but exercise more power and influence. Either one, Grace Mugabe's not going to fare well, if at all.
