HIGH COURT OF THE SOUTH PACIFIC
NOTICE OF RECESS In accordance with newly issued policies, the High Court will enter into a recess on 18 December 2017. During this recess, the Court will continue to consider case submissions, but it will limit its immediate intervention, in all legal questions deemed non-essential, to a determination of justiciability. During this recess, the Court will consider review requests and criminal cases as essential business, and therefore the progress of any such cases will not be affected. The Court will resume regular business on 01 January 2018. Former Delegate of the South Pacific
