Net neutrality gets fully supported, although there is no law dictating this. The current green-liberal coalition reigning in Atlantis wants to fill this loophole, so net neutrality can't get undermined in GI-Land.

In Roavin, Net Neutrality has been the law for a considerable while. This has even led to a slight increase in average transmission speed and bandwidth over neighboring countries, as service providers have stopped using the infrastructure allowing it in the first place, instead using cheaper, more effective, and more reliable switching hardware in the backbone.
